Home Thermal Survey Just .10 cents per square foot.
Your written report with color photos and thermal images includes exterior (front, sides, rear) interior (electrical panel, ceilings, walls, windows, under sinks, floors, doors). (attic and crawl space a little extra, covers the cost of cleaning my clothes after being in those less used spaces of your home! ) Travel within 20 miles of downtown Greenville, SC.. Additional charges (fuel, time) for longer distances may be necessary.
Commercial thermal inspections are priced by the day and include all customer equipment and facilities.

All inspections come with a written and a digital report (can be e-mailed) with photos and thermal photos documenting all activities at the property.
Reports are usually generated within 24 to 48hrs and will be sent to you by USPS.
Payment for services will be rendered while I am at the property, unless prior arrangements have been made.
