I truly enjoyed working with you on our Thermal Imaging Survey. It proves to the contractor where the water leak and electrical problems are. We are having major problems with water issues and could not find out where the water problems were until your survey.
I would suggest this service to anyone buying a business, home or hotel. I have had moisture issues at another hotel and it cost thousands of dollars to fix and many unhappy guest.

Hi Richard, thanks for coming out to our home last week to perform the thermal image survey! Please find some comments below which may be useful for your advertising.
The final report on our home prepared by Richard at Admiral Enterprises was detailed, understandable, comprehensive, and professionally completed in a very timely manner. The report contained practical, useful suggestions for improving the insulation of our home along with both color photos and thermal images identifying the exact areas needing improvement. Our home is of good construction and has been well-maintained but the thermal image survey identified several spots in which I could cut my energy costs by sealing some leaks which would be very difficult to locate with the untrained eye. Admiral Enterprises does not perform repair work nor do they recommend any contractor so the homeowner can be assured that Admiral Enterprises does not receive any benefit from the repairs recommended in the report. After completing the recommended repairs, we plan to keep this report on file with other important paperwork relating to our home and, in the event we ever decide to sell, I believe the thermal image survey will assist in demonstrating the good construction of our home to discerning buyers.
